Painting and sculpture are some of the oldest art forms known to man. When someone paints or sculpts, what they’re doing is exploring their representation of reality and using their creativity as a means to open the imagination to a dimension different from the one we live in. Even in their stillness, paintings and sculptures contain various narratives, various interpretations, many ways in which they can be viewed and felt.

Our Painting and Sculpture course will prepare you to explore and unleash your talent using techniques that have been developed over history, while also showing you the paths and works of great artists. We want to inspire you to free your imagination, knowingly and masterfully.

If you wish to continue your studies, this course will also prepare you to apply to one of the NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti) graduate courses in Milan or Rome.

About the course

The Painting and Sculpture course incorporates drawing, painting and sculpting skills for a wide array of professional activities in these fields, such as plastic arts. The main focus is on developing your creativity, on keeping it active and curious.
The experience you’ll gain during the course will guarantee you have the skills to represent the real and the abstract using common materials or even materials you create from scratch. We’ll also take you to experience different realities and environments so that your skills can evolve in more than one context.

Who the course is for

Are you the type of person that corrects others when they say something is green, specifying exactly which green it is? Do you go to the beach and imagine all the beautiful things you could form with all that sand? When you see a wave, do you only see water beating down on the shore or do you get into the perfect position to see the light shine through the water particles or to witness how that shape of water can change so much in just a few metres?
We created this course with you in mind, and not only for young students, we welcome more mature people as well. The Painting and Sculpture course was designed for all those who elect these areas of plastic creation to express their creativity and talent. The course has a limited number of students per class. A journey through your art

During the course’s painting and sculpture workshops, you’ll be able to deepen the skills you acquire during the human figure drawing, still life and landscape, and abstract art classes. You’ll develop your style but also enjoy the benefits of having art history and theory classes, field trips, talks and masterclasses to aid you in your journey.
As an integral part of the course, you’ll prepare your pieces for a final exhibition. Preparing and designing the many phases of this type of production is essential know-how for every plastic artist. You’ll learn the methodologies for setting up an exhibition and building a portfolio.
