Creative, designer, leader, and mentor, Rui has extensive and enriching experience working in diverse sectors—from nonprofits to corporate agencies. He holds a degree in Multimedia Design from the University of Beira Interior (2007), completed a leadership program at MIT Sloan (2020), and studied Creative Direction at the London School of Arts (2023).
Having spent much of his professional career in the Netherlands, Rui worked as a Lead Designer at Philips, Lemonade Inc., RNW Media, and Impala Studios, where he set creative directions and developed communication designs for some of the most innovative and diverse business sectors.
