Inês has a degree in architecture by the Polytechnic of Milan in 2002 and a PhD in Architecture, City and Design by IUAV of Venice in 2012 with a scholarship from the University of Genova and the FCT - Science and Technology Foundation.
Between 2003 and 2005 she collaborated with the atelier RicciSpaini in Rome, where she carried out several projects in co-authorship.
She has been lecturing in courses, workshops and seminars in several universities, among them the Modern University of Lisbon, the University of Genoa and the University of Cagliari.
Co-founder of the [i]da architects, architecture studio dedicated to projects of architecture, urbanism and urban rehabilitation. Her works have been distinguished in several international architectural competitions and have been published in national and international books and magazines.
