Born in 1970, she began her journey in learning and practicing visual arts at the age of 14.
She earned her bachelor's degree from the Faculdade de Belas Artes at the University of Lisbon in 1995.
She was a guest lecturer at Universidades Moderna e Lusófona in Lisbon.
Her first participation in a group exhibition was in 1990, and her first solo exhibition opened in 2005.
Throughout her professional career, she divided her time between Painting, Design, and Teaching.
She was a member of Viragem –Associação de Artistas Plásticos de Cascais.
She is a Corresponding Academic of the Academia de Letras e Artes.
She has been a Painting instructor at CSAD since the first class.
