Born in the Algarve, she has been involved in photography, theater, and painting since she was a child. She completed her specialization in Film at the Cascais School of Arts in 2022. Since then, she has produced and directed two films: A Temporary Situation and Manel da Bicicletes.
Her first film was in the international competition at the 2023 edition of the Olhares do Mediterrâneo Festival, was part of a study promoted by ISCTE and a Norwegian university, and was also included in the second issue of the magazine Justo Custo, by ETC projects, dedicated to housing issues.
In an act of rebellion in favor of art for all, her second documentary was not submitted to festivals and was screened in her homeland, focusing on ensuring that cinema and culture reach people freely.
She is a member of the selection committee for the Olhares do Mediterrâneo International Film Festival in Lisbon. She is the curator responsible for the Annual Portuguese Film Festival of the Municipality of Lagos.
Both films are currently available on the independent cinema streaming channel Filmin. He is currently filming a new documentary in the north of the country.
