What you will learn
This advanced master’s program will help you understand modern design theories and methods more deeply. You will learn to analyse historical and emerging trends and apply them to complex projects. The program also covers expertise in selecting and using various sustainable materials and textiles and mastering the technical and aesthetic aspects of advanced lighting design. Additionally, you will gain specialised knowledge in different interior design sectors, such as retail, hotel, work spaces and residential design, preparing you for a highly specialised professional career.

First Semester: Personal Project Development
The first part of the programme allows students to fully develop their individual creative vision and design philosophy by creating a comprehensive personal project. With expert faculty guidance, students will conceptualise, design, and present a sophisticated project reflecting their unique interests and professional goals.

Second Semester: Specialized Project Development
This module will guide students to specialise in a specific area of interior design, applying their advanced skills learned during the first part of the year to a professional context. Students can choose from various specialisations, each requiring a high level of expertise, such as retail, hotel, bar and restaurant, ephemeral space, residential, shop, or office design.
Specialisation Options:
Retail Design: Advanced design techniques for commercial spaces that enhance the shopping experience.
Hotel Design: Creating luxurious and functional hospitality environments at a professional level.
Bar and Restaurant Design: Design unique dining and social spaces focusing on innovation and functionality.
Ephemeral Space Design: Development of temporary installations and event spaces with advanced design principles.
Apartment or House Design: Design residential interiors that balance aesthetics and functionality.
Workspace Design: Design productive and inspiring work environments with a professional focus.

Enrollment Requirements
All candidates must submit a portfolio as part of the application process to ensure a cohesive learning environment. For those without a degree in design, completion of our or another specialised course in Interior Design is required to ensure you are fully prepared for the rigours of the Master’s program.
